目的：探讨泮托拉唑钠与奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法：2013年1月-2014年8月收治胃溃疡患者100例，将60例Hp阳性患者随机分为两组，各30例，分别设为A组和B组。将40例Hp阴性患者随机分为两组各20例，分别设为C组和D组。A组给予泮托拉唑钠+阿莫西林+甲硝唑，B组给予阿莫西林+甲硝唑+奥美拉唑，C组给予泮托拉唑钠，D组给予奥美拉唑。结果：治疗过程中所有患者均未出现严重不良反应；A、B两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；C、D两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。A组Hp清除率显著高于B组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：泮托拉唑钠和奥美拉唑胃溃疡的临床治疗效果相当，但泮托拉唑钠的Hp清除效果明显优于奥美拉唑。
목적：탐토반탁랍서납여오미랍서치료위궤양적림상효과。방법：2013년1월-2014년8월수치위궤양환자100례，장60례Hp양성환자수궤분위량조，각30례，분별설위A조화B조。장40례Hp음성환자수궤분위량조각20례，분별설위C조화D조。A조급여반탁랍서납+아막서림+갑초서，B조급여아막서림+갑초서+오미랍서，C조급여반탁랍서납，D조급여오미랍서。결과：치료과정중소유환자균미출현엄중불량반응；A、B량조치료총유효솔비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)；C、D량조치료총유효솔비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。A조Hp청제솔현저고우B조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：반탁랍서납화오미랍서위궤양적림상치료효과상당，단반탁랍서납적Hp청제효과명현우우오미랍서。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pantoprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods:100 patients with gastric ulcer were selected from January 2013 to August 2014.They were divided into 4 groups according to the Hp. 60 patients with Hp positive were randomly divided into group A and group B with 30 cases in each;40 patients with Hp negative patients were randomly divided into group C and group D with 20 cases in each.Group A were given pantoprazole sodium+amoxicillin+metronidazole;group B were given metronidazole+omeprazole+amoxicillin;group C were given pantoprazole sodium ;group D were given omeprazole.Results:In the course of treatment,all of the patients had no serious adverse reaction;the total effective rate had no significant difference between A and B group(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between C and D group(P>0.05).The clearance rate of Hp in the A group was higher than that in the B group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of pantoprazole sodium and omeprazole are almost the same on the treatment of gastric ulcer,but the helicobacter pylori eradication effect of the pantoprazole sodium is obviously better than that of the omeprazole.
