目的：探讨难治性哮喘的病因及临床特征。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在科室2010年1月-2014年5月收治的60例难治性支气管哮喘患者的临床资料。结果：难治性支气管哮喘的病因依次为：哮喘患者的依从性较差18例(30.00%)，发生胃食管反流性疾病11例(18.33%)，伴有呼吸道及肺部感染9例(15.00%)，伴有鼻炎或鼻窦炎6例(10.00%)，由于吸入或者接触环境中的致喘因子5例(8.33%)，患者的不良习惯4例(6.67%)，吸入技术不正确3例(5.00%)，药物引起哮喘2例(3.33%)，患者的情绪波动2例(3.33%)。结论：难治性哮喘的形成原因很多，对于某个具体患者来说，需充分查明原因，采取相应措施，才可能使其临床症状得到有效缓解，病情得到长期良好控制。

목적：탐토난치성효천적병인급림상특정。방법：회고성분석필자소재과실2010년1월-2014년5월수치적60례난치성지기관효천환자적림상자료。결과：난치성지기관효천적병인의차위：효천환자적의종성교차18례(30.00%)，발생위식관반류성질병11례(18.33%)，반유호흡도급폐부감염9례(15.00%)，반유비염혹비두염6례(10.00%)，유우흡입혹자접촉배경중적치천인자5례(8.33%)，환자적불량습관4례(6.67%)，흡입기술불정학3례(5.00%)，약물인기효천2례(3.33%)，환자적정서파동2례(3.33%)。결론：난치성효천적형성원인흔다，대우모개구체환자래설，수충분사명원인，채취상응조시，재가능사기림상증상득도유효완해，병정득도장기량호공제。
Objective:To investigate the etiology and clinical characteristics of refractory asthma.Method:The clinical data of 60 patients with refractory asthma in our department from January 2010 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The causes of refractory bronchial asthma were:18 cases of poor compliance of patients with asthma(30.00%),the occurrence of gastroesophageal reflux disease in 11 cases(18.33%),9 cases with respiratory and pulmonary infection(15.00%),with rhinitis or sinusitis in 6 cases(10.00%),by absorbing into or contact environment in 5 cases of asthma induced by factor(8.33%),4 cases of bad habits(6.67%),incorrect inhalation technique in 3 cases(5.00%),2 cases of drug induced asthma(3.33%),the patient’s mood swings in 2 cases(3.33%).Conclusion:Many reasons for the formation of refractory asthma,for a specific patient,need to fully identify the reasons,to take corresponding measures,it may make the clinical symptoms effectively alleviated,get good long-term disease control.
