目的:应用经颅多普勒(TCD)与颈部血管彩超(CDFI)对阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)进行筛查,以研究阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征是否为脑卒中独立危险因素。方法:对304例限定年龄,尽量排除脑卒中其他已知危险因素阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者进行TCD和CDFI检查,和304例正常对照组人群进行比较,以存在颈动脉和脑动脉病变为阳性结果。结果:阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者中,TCD结合CDFI诊断出阳性患者例数远远高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者中存在颈动脉和脑动脉病变者明显高于正常对照组,阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征为脑卒中独立危险因素。

Objective:To screen the obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)by using transcranial doppler(TCD)and color doppler flow imaging(CDFI),study whether OSAHS is an independent risk factor of stroke. Method:304 OSAHS patients within certain age limits who had been excluded of other known risk factors were given TCD and CDFI examination,compared the results of 304 normal control persons,regarded carotid artery and cerebral artery lesions as positive results.Result:Among the OSAHS patients,the positive detection rate using TCD combined with CDFI were significantly higher than the normal control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The carotid artery and cerebral artery disease among OSAHS patients are significantly higher than than the normal control group,which indicates OSAS as an independent risk factor for stroke.
