作为近三十年才发展起来的一门新兴医疗技术学科，在国内众多消化内镜专家及医师的努力发展与推广下，现今内镜诊查已成为我国消化系统疾病诊断、治疗最重要的手段之一。随着近年中国医疗技术的飞速进步以及人民医疗需求的日益提高，在给无数患有消化疾病的患者带来福音的同时，我国内窥镜诊疗在技术与管理上的缺陷与不足也逐渐一一暴露。作为一种侵入性的诊疗方法，在诊疗与预防方面起到积极作用的同时，也出现了通过内镜传播病菌、引发感染等负面作用的可能性，而如今这种感染性已日益引起人民的重视，如何有效提高内窥镜的清洁消毒质量成为如今急需探讨的问题。

As a newly developed medical technique being promoted by many experts, endoscope inspection has become one of the important diagnosis and treatment measures in treating digestive system disease in China. Although endoscope treatment has brought huge benefit for patients under its rapid development and patients’ medical requirement, its problems in technology and management have also been revealed. As an invasive treatment method, it can bring positive effects in diagnosis and prevention, but it can also provide possibility of negative effects as infection by germs diffused through endoscope. This infection situation has already gained people’s attention in nowadays, and it has become an urgent problem of improving disinfection of endoscope.
