目的:对野葛、粉葛饮片水煎液和醇提液中3种主要成分含量进行比较研究,探讨两种葛根主要成分的差异。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定野葛和粉葛水煎液、乙醇提取液中3’-羟基葛根素、葛根素和大豆苷元的含量。结果野葛与粉葛相比,无论在醇提液还是水煎液中,野葛中的3’-羟基葛根素、葛根素和大豆苷元这三个成分含量都高于粉葛。野葛水煎液中3’-羟基葛根素含量是野葛醇提液的6.63倍,野葛水煎液中葛根素含量是野葛醇提液的3.49倍,野葛水煎液中大豆苷元含量与野葛醇提液基本相同;但是在粉葛醇提液中这三个成分含量略高于水煎液。结论在醇提液和水煎液中,野葛的3种异黄酮成分含量均高于粉葛。

목적:대야갈、분갈음편수전액화순제액중3충주요성분함량진행비교연구,탐토량충갈근주요성분적차이。방법채용고효액상색보법측정야갈화분갈수전액、을순제취액중3’-간기갈근소、갈근소화대두감원적함량。결과야갈여분갈상비,무론재순제액환시수전액중,야갈중적3’-간기갈근소、갈근소화대두감원저삼개성분함량도고우분갈。야갈수전액중3’-간기갈근소함량시야갈순제액적6.63배,야갈수전액중갈근소함량시야갈순제액적3.49배,야갈수전액중대두감원함량여야갈순제액기본상동;단시재분갈순제액중저삼개성분함량략고우수전액。결론재순제액화수전액중,야갈적3충이황동성분함량균고우분갈。
Objective To compare contents of three kinds of main elements in ethanol extracts and decoction of pueraria lobata and pueraria thomsonii, and to investigate the main difference between the two kinds of pueraria lobata. Methods The contents of 3’-hydroxy puerarin, puerarin, and daidzein in ethanol extracts and decoction of pueraria lobata and pueraria thomsonii were detected by high performance liquid chromatography. Results Pueraria lobata had higher contents of 3’-hydroxy puerarin, puerarin, and daidzein in both ethanol extracts and decoction than pueraria thomsonii. The content of 3’-hydroxy puerarin in decoction of pueraria lobata was 6.63 times of that in ethanol extracts, and the content of puerarin in decoction of pueraria lobata was 3.49 times of that in ethanol extracts. The content of daidzein in decoction of pueraria lobata was basically the same as that in ethanol extracts. The ethanol extracts of pueraria thomsonii had larger contents of the three elements than the decoction. Conclusion The contents of three kinds of isoflavonoid in the decoction and ethanol extracts of pueraria lobata are higher than those of pueraria thomsonii.
