目的：探讨肿瘤化疗患者留置PICC导管的规范化护理，以减少并发症的发生，提升患者的满意度。方法：回顾性分析76例肿瘤化疗患者留置PICC导管的维护体会。结果：通过对患者日常生活的指导以及对穿刺点和导管的规范化护理，93.4%的患者没有任何并发症，除1例患者因静脉血栓重新置管外，其余患者均圆满完成化疗。结论：加强肿瘤化疗留置PICC导管患者的日常规范化护理，并且加强对患者的宣教，可以减少并发症的发生，保证患者安全，提高护理质量，保证患者顺利完成整个化疗，提升患者的满意度，以及提高患者的生存质量。

Objective:To explore the standardized nursing of PICC catheter implanted in tumor patients.Method:The nursing histories of 76 tumor patients with PICC catheter implantation were retrospectively analyzed.Result:Through instruction for daily life and standardized nursing of the puncture point and PICC catheter,93.4%of the patients had no complications.All the patients finished chemotherapy with PICC catheter,expect one patient with venous thrombosis and underwent the second PICC catheter implantation.Conclusion:Enhancing the standardized nursing of PICC catheter for tumor patients could decrease the incidence of complications,ensuring chemotherapy for patients.
