目的：综述17型T辅助细胞相关因子与宫腔粘连相关细胞因子的研究，探索宫腔粘连的发病机制。方法：对17型T辅助细胞相关因子在启动、促进、分化过程中宫腔粘连相关细胞因子所起的意义进行探讨，探索其与宫腔粘连的关系。结果：17型T辅助细胞相关因子与宫腔粘连相关细胞因子密切相联，与宫腔粘连的发生存在某种关系。结论：对宫腔粘连的发病机制进行探讨和展望。

목적：종술17형T보조세포상관인자여궁강점련상관세포인자적연구，탐색궁강점련적발병궤제。방법：대17형T보조세포상관인자재계동、촉진、분화과정중궁강점련상관세포인자소기적의의진행탐토，탐색기여궁강점련적관계。결과：17형T보조세포상관인자여궁강점련상관세포인자밀절상련，여궁강점련적발생존재모충관계。결론：대궁강점련적발병궤제진행탐토화전망。
Objective:To review the research of the T helper type 17-related cytokines associated with intrauterine adhesions cytokines,to explore the pathogenesis of intrauterine adhesions.Method:The significance of uterine cavity adhesion related cell factors on T helper type 17-related cytokines in start,promote,the process of the differentiation were discussed,its relationship with intrauterine adhesions were explored.Result:The T helper type 17-related cytokines related cytokines associated with intrauterine adhesions cytokines are closely linked,and there was some relation between occurrence of intrauterine adhesions.Conclusion:The relationship between the T helper type 17-related cytokines and intrauterine adhesion are discussed and expectation.
