目的:对微创拔牙联合超短波理疗预防下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后肿痛的效果进行深入探讨和剖析。方法:选取本院2013年1月-2014年9月所接治的拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙的患者共96例,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各48例。试验组采取微创拔牙联合超短波理疗法,对照组则使用传统拔牙法,对患者下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后肿痛和伤口愈合情况进行探讨。结果:术后1~3d两组患者肿胀疼痛度差异明显,试验组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1周两组患者肿胀疼痛度无明显差异,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:微创拔牙联合超短波理疗可以减轻患者下颌阻生牙拔除术后伤口肿胀疼痛的程度。

목적:대미창발아연합초단파리료예방하합조생제삼마아발제술후종통적효과진행심입탐토화부석。방법:선취본원2013년1월-2014년9월소접치적발제하합조생제삼마아적환자공96례,장기수궤분위시험조화대조조,매조각48례。시험조채취미창발아연합초단파리요법,대조조칙사용전통발아법,대환자하합조생제삼마아발제술후종통화상구유합정황진행탐토。결과:술후1~3d량조환자종창동통도차이명현,시험조명현우우대조조,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);술후1주량조환자종창동통도무명현차이,량조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:미창발아연합초단파리료가이감경환자하합조생아발제술후상구종창동통적정도。
Objective:To minimally invasive extraction combined with ultrashort wave therapy to prevent further discussion and analysis of the effect of swelling and pain of impacted mandibular third molar after surgery. Method:96 patients of impacted mandibular third molar were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014,which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,48 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated by minimally invasive extraction combined with ultrashort wave therapy,while the control group was treated traditional extraction method,the swelling and pain and wound healing were observed in patients with impacted mandibular third molar after surgery.Result:After 1-3 days of two groups patients with pain and swelling degree differences,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);one week after operation the patients in the two groups had no significant difference in the degree of swelling and pain(P>0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive extraction combined with ultrashort wave therapy can relieve patients postoperative wound pain swelling degree of mandibular impacted teeth.
