采用超声波辅助提取橙皮色素,并通过L9(33)正交试验探究最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件是:用95%的乙醇为浸提剂,料液比115,超声波功率1050W,提取时间30min,提取温度60℃,此条件下的吸光度值最佳。

Ultrasonic extraction of orange peel pigment was used, and L9(33 ) orthogonal test was used to explore the optimal conditions of extraction. The results showed that the optimum conditions were: 95% ethanol was used as extraction agent, solid-liquid ratio was 115, ultrasonic power was 1050 W, extraction time was 30 min, extraction temperature was 60 ℃, Under these conditions, the absorbance was the best.
