尼龙材料在电子电器领域得到广泛应用。传统的尼龙由于自身的结构特点,不能满足电子电器领域的特殊需求,即低吸水率以及优越的阻燃性能。实验选用氢氧化物作为主阻燃剂,无机矿物作为协效阻燃剂,无机玻纤作为增强剂, POE-G-MAH作为增韧剂,成功的制备了无卤阻燃增强尼龙612复合材料。实验结果证明材料可以很好的满足电子电器领域对阻燃性能的要求,同时由于材料自身的分子结构,饱和吸水率也得到了控制。

니룡재료재전자전기영역득도엄범응용。전통적니룡유우자신적결구특점,불능만족전자전기영역적특수수구,즉저흡수솔이급우월적조연성능。실험선용경양화물작위주조연제,무궤광물작위협효조연제,무궤파섬작위증강제, POE-G-MAH작위증인제,성공적제비료무서조연증강니룡612복합재료。실험결과증명재료가이흔호적만족전자전기영역대조연성능적요구,동시유우재료자신적분자결구,포화흡수솔야득도료공제。
Nylon materials are widely used in the electronics and electrical industry. Due to structural characteristics, traditional materials can not meet the special needs of electrical and electronic field, namely, low water absorption rate and excellent flame retardant properties. A flame retardant reinforced PA612 was prepared by using hydroxide as the main flame-retardant, inorganic minerals as a synergistic flame retardant agent, inorganic glass fiber as a reinforcing agent, POE-G-MAH as a toughening agent. Experimental results showed that the material can satisfy r flame retardant requirements in EE industry, as molecular structure of the material itself, saturated water absorption had also been controlled.
