探究大孔树脂对血橙皮中黄酮类化合物的纯化工艺。分别选取D-101型、聚酰胺和AB-8型大孔树脂在单因素实验的基础上通过正交试验法对黄酮类化合物的纯化工艺进行优化。实验结果表明:在时间为8 h,料液比为150,温度为40℃,浓度为1.20 mg/mL时AB-8大孔树脂最佳吸附量为22.87 mg/g。经过纯化后,黄酮类化合物的纯度从6.00%提高到23.32%。 AB-8大孔树脂的综合性能优于其它两种,适合于工业化生产,本文为黄酮类化合物的研究及开发提供了基础。

Purification of flavonoids from blood orange peel by macroporous resin was discussed. D101 , polyamide and AB-8 macroporous resin was elected to refine the flavonoids, the conditions of purification were optimized by orthogonal test based on single factor experiment. Experimental results showed that the optimal adsorption quantity of AB-8 resin was 22.45 mg/g with conditions that the adsorption time was 8 h, adsorption concentration was 1.16 mg/mL, solid-liquid ratio was 150 and adsorption temperature was 40 ℃. After purification, the purity of flavonoids was increased from 6.00% to 23.32%. The data showed that AB-8 resin had the stronger adsorption and purification effects than the others. It was useful to purification of flavonoids from blood orange peel.
