以近几年的《发酵工厂设计》课程教学经历为基础，先指明以往教学中出现的一些问题，再探讨在当前普通本科院校急需转型这个机遇的前提下，如何从与地方经济结合、重视基础素质教育、加强设计软件应用教学和结合GMP教学等方面进行教学改革研究，以加强实践教学，使本学科能在转型中继续发展，并培养出适合“应用型人才”要求及符合市场需求的学生。

Base on teaching experience of Design of Fermentation Factory in recent years, some problems in the past teaching were pointed out, the reform of the teaching from the following four aspects were discussed in conjunction with the local economy, emphasis on basic quality education, increase design software teaching and combined with GMP. The purpose of the study was to strengthen the practice teaching so that the subject can continue to develop in the general undergraduate college transition, and students could be trained as applied talents for the needs of the market.
