化工行业是国民经济发展的物质基础、科学基础与技术支撑,对化学工程与工艺专业工程技术人才的培养提出更高的要求。本文通过分析现行人才培养方案的特点,确立创新型、应用型人才培养模式的思路、基本原则,并提出人才培养模式改革与实践的具体内容包括:理论教学、实践性教学和课外教学等诸多环节的教育改革和措施。

Chemical industry is the material basis, scientific basis and technical support for the development of national economy, higher requiements are put forward to the cultivation of chemical engineering and technology professional engineering and technical personnel. According to the analysis of the characteristics of the current talent training plan, the thinking and basic principles of the innovative and applied talents training mode were established, and the specific content of personnel training mode reform and practice was put forward, including many links of education reform and measures, such as theory teaching practical teaching, and extracurricular teaching, and so on.
