通过实际工程案例,研究分析上旋流厌氧反应器在瓦楞纸造纸废水处理中的应用情况。研究结果表明,采用上旋流厌氧反应器能较好的适应进水水质水量的波动,系统处理效果好且运行稳定,容积负荷可达10~14 kg COD/m3·d以上, SCOD去除效果明显, SCOD去除率可达到73%左右;工程改造之后,废水处理吨水电耗可降至0.947元。
通過實際工程案例,研究分析上鏇流厭氧反應器在瓦楞紙造紙廢水處理中的應用情況。研究結果錶明,採用上鏇流厭氧反應器能較好的適應進水水質水量的波動,繫統處理效果好且運行穩定,容積負荷可達10~14 kg COD/m3·d以上, SCOD去除效果明顯, SCOD去除率可達到73%左右;工程改造之後,廢水處理噸水電耗可降至0.947元。

The application of the vortex flow anaerobic reactor in corrugated paper wastewater was studied in the practical project. The results showed that the vortex flow anaerobic reactor could adapt to the fluctuation of influent quality and quantity better, and both of the treatment effect and stability were good. Volume load can reach more than 10~14 kg COD/m3 ·d. SCOD removal effect was obvious, the removal rate of SCOD can reach 73%. After the renovation project, the consumption of electricity in wastewater treatment can be reduced to 0.947 yuan per ton.
