目的:探讨猕猴桃抗衰老的作用及其机制。方法:将所选的成年昆明种小鼠按照随机数字表法分为3组:空白对照组、衰老模型组和猕猴桃组,每组8只。采用皮下注射D-半乳糖建立衰老小鼠模型,猕猴桃组在造模同时用猕猴桃液按12 g/kg灌胃,21 d后,测定脑组织和血清中超氧化物歧化酶活力、丙二醛含量和抑制羟自由基能力。结果:衰老模型组血清和脑组织中的SOD活力、MDA含量和抑制羟自由基能力与空白对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。与衰老模型组比较,猕猴桃组血清和脑组织中的SOD活力和抑制羟自由基能力均明显升高,而MDA含量明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:猕猴桃具有延缓衰老的作用,其作用机制可能与清除体内自由基、提高机体抗氧化能力有关。

목적:탐토미후도항쇠로적작용급기궤제。방법:장소선적성년곤명충소서안조수궤수자표법분위3조:공백대조조、쇠로모형조화미후도조,매조8지。채용피하주사D-반유당건립쇠로소서모형,미후도조재조모동시용미후도액안12 g/kg관위,21 d후,측정뇌조직화혈청중초양화물기화매활력、병이철함량화억제간자유기능력。결과:쇠로모형조혈청화뇌조직중적SOD활력、MDA함량화억제간자유기능력여공백대조조비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01혹P<0.05)。여쇠로모형조비교,미후도조혈청화뇌조직중적SOD활력화억제간자유기능력균명현승고,이MDA함량명현강저,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01혹P<0.05)。결론:미후도구유연완쇠로적작용,기작용궤제가능여청제체내자유기、제고궤체항양화능력유관。
Objective:To study the anti-aging effect of Kiwi juice on aging mice induced by D-galactose and explore the underlying mechanisms. Method:The selected adult Kunming mice were divided into the blank control group,the aging model group and the Kiwi juice group according to the random number table method,eight rats in each group.The aging model mice was established by injection of D-galactose.The Kiwi juice group was given Kiwi juice according to the 12 g/kg for intragastric administration by building models at the same time.After 21 d,the superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde and hydroxyl radical were measured respectively in serum and brain tissue of mice.Result:The SOD activity,MDA content and hydroxyl radical inhibition ability in serum and brain tissue of the aging model group compared with the blank control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The SOD activity and hydroxyl radical inhibition ability in serum and brain tissue of the Kiwi juice group were significantly higher than the aging model group,but the MDA content.was significantly lower than the aging model group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Kiwi juice has anti-aging effects on aging model mice.The mechanism may be related to its inhibitory effect on free radical and the enhancement of activity of antioxidases.
