目的:探讨不同染色时间及不同染色剂浓度的亮蓝G (Brilliant blue G,BBG)对内界膜染色的效果差异。方法用12只新西兰白兔按照随机化原则分为四组,行常规23G玻璃体切割术,气液交换后1组给予0.125 mg/ml BBG染色15 s,2组给予0.125 mg/ml BBG染色120 s,3组给予0.25 mg/ml BBG染色15 s,4组给予0.25 mg/ml BBG染色120 s,染色后BSS冲洗干净,手术显微镜下观察染色效果。结果1组完全染色1眼,不完全染色1眼,未见染色4眼;2组完全染色5眼,不完全染色1眼;3组完全染色1眼,不完全染色3眼,未见染色2眼;4组完全染色5眼,不完全染色1眼。染色结果四组间差异均具有显著统计学意义(P=0.008),根据平均秩次推断第2组与第4组染色效果好于第3组,第1组染色效果最差。结论 BBG染色兔眼内界膜效果与染色时间相关,时间越长,染色效果越好,与染色剂浓度相关性不高。

Objective To analyze the dyeing effect of brilliant blue G (BBG) on internal limiting membrane (ILM) at different time and different concentration. Methods Conventional 23-G pars plana vitrectomy was per-formed in the eyes of 12 New Zealand white rabbits and the experiment eyes were randomized into four groups. After Gas-fluid exchanged, four groups were given different concentrations of BBG solution to dye the ILM for different time:group 1 (0.125 mg/ml BBG for 15 s);group 2 (0.125 mg/ml BBG for 120 s);group 3 (0.125 mg/ml BBG for 15 s);group 4 (0.125 mg/ml BBG for 120 s). Then BBG was cleaned up by BSS. The results were observed by the opera-tion microscope. Results Group 1:complete dyeing 1 eye;incomplete dyeing 1 eye;not dyeing 4 eyes. Group 2: complete dyeing 5 eyes;incomplete dyeing 1 eye;not dyeing 0 eyes. Group 3:complete dyeing 1 eye;incomplete dyeing 3 eyes; not dyeing 2 eyes. Group 4: complete dyeing 5 eyes; incomplete dyeing 1 eye; not dyeing 0 eyes. The dyeing effect of four groups had statistically significant differences (P=0.008). Based on the average rank infer-ence, the second and the forth group were better than the third group, and dyeing effect of the first group was the worst. Conclusion The dye effect is correlated with the dyeing time and the concentration is not as important as it.
