目的：探讨MEEK微型皮片植皮技术在成批烧伤患者创面修复中的应用价值。方法对7批34例重度烧伤患者创面共计112例次手术采用MEEK微型皮片植皮技术修复创面，采用不同的扩展比例(1：4、l：6和1：9)绉纱材料，观察MEEK微型皮片移植成活率、愈后瘢痕增生挛缩情况等。结果103例次手术患者采用1：4或1：6比例MEEK微型皮片移植，皮片成活率在95%以上，创面愈合；9例次手术采用1：9比例MEEK微型皮片移植，皮片未能完全融合，后期行1~2次邮票皮片移植后创面愈合。术后随访，扩展比例为1：9的9例术区瘢痕挛缩明显，余患者有轻、中度挛缩。结论采用Meek植皮治疗效果肯定，是成批烧伤患者创面修复的有效方法。

Objective To explore the application value of MEEK skin grafting technique in wound healing of mass burn patients. Methods Seven batches of 34 severe burn cases were treated with MEEK micro skin grafting technique to repair the wound, with a total of 112 operations. Different ratios of crepe materials (1:4, l:6 and 1:9) were adopted. The survival rate, scar hyperplasia and contracture of the MEEK micro skin graft were observed. Results In 103 cases of 1:4 or 1:6 MEEK skin grafting, the skin graft survival rate was over 95%, with wound healed. In 9 cases of 1:9 MEEK skin grafting, the wound can not be healed completely until one or two later stamp skin grafting treat-ments. In the postoperative follow-up, obvious scar contractures were found in 9 cases of 1:9 MEEK skin grafting while mild and moderate contractures were found in the other cases. Conclusion Meek skin grafting is an effective treatment for the wound healing of mass burn patients.
