设计了一种基于ZigBee的物联网智能LED路灯控制系统。路灯节点采用AVR单片机作为核心处理芯片,通过光电传感器检测外部信号,可根据环境明暗、交通情况和定时开关等条件以不同方式控制LED灯照明;使用MBI1802驱动芯片恒流驱动LED灯,功率在20%~100%范围内可调,调节误差<2%,恒流电流偏差<±1.7%;以ZigBee无线通信网络与控制中心进行远程控制、故障报警等信号传输,实现了路灯智能化、远程化的节能控制。

The development of LED street lamp control system based on ZigBee network is presented in this paper. Using AVR microcontroller as the core processing chip, the lamp node de-tects the external signal by photoelectric sensor, controls LED lamp lighting in a different way according to the environment light, traffic conditions and timing;using the MBI1802 drive chip constantly drives LED lamp, power regulations are in the range of 20%~100%, adjustment error is less than 2%, constant current deviation is less than 1.7%; communication between nodes and center is realized with ZigBee wireless network, to carry messages of remote control and alarm signal. The results indicate that the system is intelligent, long-distance and energy conservation.
