类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid arthritis，RA)是一类慢性炎症性疾病，其可导致多关节受累，甚至致残。RA的早诊断、早治疗可明显改善该病的临床预后。然而，X线、CT、MRI对于RA的早期诊断均具有一定的局限性。近年来，随着超声设备与技术的不断改良，超声检查对RA的早期诊断可达到相当高的特异度和灵敏度，现对超声在诊断RA中的运用进行一综述。

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disease with potential to cause severe joint damage and disability. Early diagnosis and treatment of RA can obviously improve the clinical prognosis of this disease. However, there are limitations of X ray, CT and MRI in diagnosing RA in the early stage. In recent years, with the im-provement of ultrasonography, ultrasound examination for early diagnosis of RA can achieve a very high degree of spec-ificity and sensitivity. This review makes a summary on the application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of RA.
