Early and accurate diagnosis of bone metastases of malignant tumor is of significance in choosing the best treatment plan of primary tumors. At present, the diagnosis of bone metastases depends mainly on imageolo-gy. The article reviews the application value and limitation of imaging diagnosis of osseous metastatic tumors, combin-ing with research literatures both in China and overseas in recent years.
