“教”与“学”是高校中最普遍的矛盾之一，本文阐述了学生在学习中的不良表现和教师在教学中存在的问题，重点分析了教师的主观原因，提出了如何从教师的角度来缓解教学矛盾，从而通过提高学生自身的学习积极性来培养学习兴趣，达到高校拟定的人才培养目标。

"Teaching"and"learning"is one of the most common contradictions in college education. Based on the current prob-lems of the behaviors of teachers and students in teaching, this paper studied the methods to ease the contradictions from the teachers' perspective in order to cultivate students' learning in-terests and improve their learning enthusiasm. Moreover, the tal-ent training objective proposed by colleges could be reached.
