借用费斯克的关系模式理论，归纳分析产学研主体间的关系，剖析产学研主体间关系对隐性知识转移的影响，并由此从关系层面构建产学研隐性知识的关系式转移模式。研究发现，产学研隐性知识的关系式转移存在交易式转移、互惠式转移以及信任式转移3种模式。
차용비사극적관계모식이론，귀납분석산학연주체간적관계，부석산학연주체간관계대은성지식전이적영향，병유차종관계층면구건산학연은성지식적관계식전이모식。연구발현，산학연은성지식적관계식전이존재교역식전이、호혜식전이이급신임식전이3충모식。
To find the solution of "how to improve the relation of transferring tacit knowledge",it propose to analyze the re‐lations of organizations in industry‐university‐research cooperation based on relational models theory by Fiske ,and ex‐plores the effect of relations among industry ,university and research institutions on tacit knowledge transfer ,then devel‐ops the models of relational tacit knowledge transferring in industry‐university‐research cooperation .It finds out that :there are three models in tacit know ledge transferring in industry‐university‐research cooperation ,w hich are trading trans‐ferring ,reciprocal transferring and trusted transferring .
