教育的视角，要落实到每一堂课上，课堂是教育的起点，也是教育的创生之地。探讨一堂好课的价值追求，不仅具有重要的理论价值，更具有非凡的实践意义。笔者将从以下七个方面来论述一堂好课的价值追求，其包括：平衡教学，师生互动；民主自由，创新拓生；发展智慧，培养能力；陶冶情操，净化灵魂；反思行为，持续发展；教师素养，教育之爱；生态和谐，生命教育。通过对这几个方面的探讨，深入了解课堂教学的魅力何在，进而来揭示教育教学发展的基本规律。

The perspective of education should be implemented on each class which is both the starting point and the implemen-tation place of education. To investigate the value pursuit of an effective class, not only has important theoretical value, but also has more extraordinary practical significance. The writer will dis-cuss the value pursuit of an effective class from the following sev-en aspects, including balanced teaching and teacher-student in-teraction;democracy, freedom, innovation and expansion;wisdom cultivation and capacity building;moral cultivation and soul pu-rification; behavior reflection and sustainable development;teachers' literacy and the love of education; ecological harmony and life education. By exploring these aspects, an in-depth un-derstanding on the charm of classroom teaching is obtained, and then the basic law of education development is revealed.
