With more and more minority students enrolled by mainland universities, how to more effectively manage and culti-vate them is undoubtedly a challenge for many universities. Therefore, we should find the possible problems based on a full understanding of the characteristics of minority students, and then work out corresponding solutions combined with actual situ-ations, in order to ensure the effectiveness of minority student cultivation.
