目的：观察健脾理气方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的临床疗效。方法将2012年8月至2013年8月收治的66例患者按完全随机法分为治疗组和对照组，每组33例。治疗组口服健脾理气方，对照组口服胃复春片，两组均治疗12周。观察两组患者综合疗效、临床症状、胃镜及病理检查情况、幽门螺杆菌（Hp）根除率等。结果治疗组综合疗效、临床症状积分、胃镜检查情况、病理积分和Hp根除率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论健脾理气方可明显改善慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者的临床症状，减轻胃黏膜肠上皮化生和不典型增生程度，治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的疗效确切。

Objective To observe the the clinical effect of Jianpi Liqi formula in treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods A total of 66 patients collected by this hopital from September 2012 to June 2014 were e-qually randomized into the treatment group and the control group ,each of 33 cases. The treatment group was given Jianpi Liqi for-mula while the control group with Weifuchun tablets. The treatment period lasted 12 weeks. The comprehensive effect ,clinical symptoms,gastroscopic images results,pathological changes of gastric mucous membranes and Hp-eradicating rates of the two groups were observed. Results The comprehensive effect,clinical symptoms,gastroscopic images results,pathological integral and Hp-eradicating rates of the treatment group were better than those of the control group ,whose differece had statistical signifi cance(P<0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Liqi formula may improve the patients′symptoms with precancerous lesions of chronic atroph-ic gastritis and relieve the development degree of intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia ,which has an accurate effect in treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis.
