目的:观察黄芪、水蛭对大鼠局灶性脑缺血引起的脑梗死的保护作用。方法大鼠按体质量均匀分为假手术对照组、模型对照组、黄芪、水蛭(9∶1,7∶1,5∶1)剂量组,预给药4d后采用线栓阻断大脑中动脉血供造成大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型(MCAO),观察黄芪、水蛭对脑缺血大鼠脑梗死比例以及凝血酶原时间(PT )的影响。结果与模型对照组比较,黄芪、水蛭组可不同程度降低局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑梗死面积(P <0.01,P <0.05),并能明显延长PT时间。结论黄芪、水蛭可明显降低大鼠脑缺血梗死率。
目的:觀察黃芪、水蛭對大鼠跼竈性腦缺血引起的腦梗死的保護作用。方法大鼠按體質量均勻分為假手術對照組、模型對照組、黃芪、水蛭(9∶1,7∶1,5∶1)劑量組,預給藥4d後採用線栓阻斷大腦中動脈血供造成大鼠跼竈性腦缺血模型(MCAO),觀察黃芪、水蛭對腦缺血大鼠腦梗死比例以及凝血酶原時間(PT )的影響。結果與模型對照組比較,黃芪、水蛭組可不同程度降低跼竈性腦缺血大鼠腦梗死麵積(P <0.01,P <0.05),併能明顯延長PT時間。結論黃芪、水蛭可明顯降低大鼠腦缺血梗死率。
목적:관찰황기、수질대대서국조성뇌결혈인기적뇌경사적보호작용。방법대서안체질량균균분위가수술대조조、모형대조조、황기、수질(9∶1,7∶1,5∶1)제량조,예급약4d후채용선전조단대뇌중동맥혈공조성대서국조성뇌결혈모형(MCAO),관찰황기、수질대뇌결혈대서뇌경사비례이급응혈매원시간(PT )적영향。결과여모형대조조비교,황기、수질조가불동정도강저국조성뇌결혈대서뇌경사면적(P <0.01,P <0.05),병능명현연장PT시간。결론황기、수질가명현강저대서뇌결혈경사솔。
Objective To observe the neuroprotection effect of Astragalus membranaceus and leech on cere‐bral infarction caused by acute cerebral ischemia in rats .Methods Cerebral ischemia and infarction in rats were in‐duced by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) .The effects of Astragalus membranaceus and leech were evalu‐ated in the three models .The different doses of Astragalus membranaceus and leech were administrated before modeling(9∶1 ,7∶1 ,5∶1).Astragalus membranaceus and leech was given for 4 days before modeling.Results Each dose group of Astragalus membranaceus and leech could significantly reduce infarction ratio of cerebral ische‐mia( P< 0 .05 ,P <0 .01)and significantly prolong prothrombin time in rats .Conclusion Astragalus membrana‐ceus and leech has good pharmacological effects on cerebral ischemia in rats.
