目的:探讨图片语言联合法对患者术前访视效果的提升作用。方法选取在我院实施椎管内麻醉的择期手术患者200例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各100例。所有患者均进行术前访视,对照组采用文字版术前访视宣教手册联合语言宣教,试验组采用图文版术前访视宣教手册联合语言宣教。采用焦虑自评量表对比2组患者术前访视前后的焦虑状态;同时对比2组患者的术前信息接受度、摆放麻醉体位时间和手术着装规范性。结果访视后,试验组的焦虑自评量表评估结果为(28±4)分,低于访视前(37±6),且低于对照组访视后(32±7),差异均有统计学意义(P =0.001,0.037);试验组术前信息接受度好的比例达到81.0%,显著高于对照组(60.0%)( P =0.001);试验组摆放麻醉体位时间为(1.0 ± 0.5)min ,显著少于对照组(1.9 ± 0.4)min( P=0.021);试验组手术着装规范的比例达到92.0%,显著高于对照组(69.0%)( P =0.000)。结论图片语言联合法能够有效减轻患者的焦虑状态,使患者更好地理解术前访视信息并配合麻醉和手术,可提升术前访视的效果。

목적:탐토도편어언연합법대환자술전방시효과적제승작용。방법선취재아원실시추관내마취적택기수술환자200례,안수궤수자표법분위시험조화대조조각100례。소유환자균진행술전방시,대조조채용문자판술전방시선교수책연합어언선교,시험조채용도문판술전방시선교수책연합어언선교。채용초필자평량표대비2조환자술전방시전후적초필상태;동시대비2조환자적술전신식접수도、파방마취체위시간화수술착장규범성。결과방시후,시험조적초필자평량표평고결과위(28±4)분,저우방시전(37±6),차저우대조조방시후(32±7),차이균유통계학의의(P =0.001,0.037);시험조술전신식접수도호적비례체도81.0%,현저고우대조조(60.0%)( P =0.001);시험조파방마취체위시간위(1.0 ± 0.5)min ,현저소우대조조(1.9 ± 0.4)min( P=0.021);시험조수술착장규범적비례체도92.0%,현저고우대조조(69.0%)( P =0.000)。결론도편어언연합법능구유효감경환자적초필상태,사환자경호지리해술전방시신식병배합마취화수술,가제승술전방시적효과。
Objective To investigate the improved effect of combination method of pictures and words for preoperative interview .Methods Two hundred patients undergoing selective operation with spinal anesthesia in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 100 cases in each group .All cases were given preoperative interview and subjects in the control group were with text version education hand‐book and language education ,while subjects in the experimental group were with graphic version education hand‐book combined with language education .The self rating anxiety scale (SAS) was used to assess the anxiety state of patients before and after the preoperative interview .And comparison between the two groups was made .The preoperative information acceptance ,time for putting the anesthesia posture and dress code of operation of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After the interview ,the SAS score of experimental group was (28 ± 4) ,which was lower than that before the interview (37 ± 6) and the control group (32 ± 7) .The differences had statistical significance ( P=0 .001 ,0 .037) .Eighty‐one percent of patients in the experimental group with a good acceptance of preoperative information ,was significantly higher than the control group (60 .0% ) ( P =0 .001) . Time for putting the anesthesia posture of patients in the experimental group was 1 .0 ± 0 .5 min ,which was signif‐icantly less than the control group (1 .9 ± 0 .4) ( P=0 .021) .The operation dress code ratio of experimental group reached 92 .0% ,significantly higher than that of the control group(69 .0% ) ( P=0 .000) .Conclusion Combina‐tion method of pictures and words can effectively reduce the anxiety of patients .It can make patients with a better understanding of the preoperative interview information with anesthesia and operation .It also can improve the pre‐operative interview effect.
