目的：了解铅暴露情况，探讨铅暴露对儿童身、心、智健康发育的影响。方法对本市区内869名年龄在9个月～4岁之间的社会散居儿童，采用 BH2200型原子吸收光谱仪，进行血液内铅含量的检测。结果本次检测869名儿童中，血铅含量>l00 ug/L 的91人，在这些人群中出现多动、注意力不集中的，偏食、厌食、轻度腹痛的，学习成绩明显下降的，有智力障碍的共7人。结论随着科技技术的发展，工业化与城市化在给人们带来现代化的同时，也带来了相应的环境和健康等问题。
