目的:分析高通量透析膜在血液透析中的作用和效果。方法选取于本院进行血液透析的患者80例,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组应用低通量透析膜,观察组应用高通量透析膜。观察患者透析前后的血尿素氮、血肌酐、血磷浓度,及β2-微球蛋白含量变化,计算溶质清除率。结果观察组与对照组的血尿素氮、血肌酐、血磷清除率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者透析后血β2-微球蛋白含量比透析前有明显下降,下降率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论高通量透析膜不仅保持了对小分子毒素的清除能力,且清除中大分子毒素效果显著,能有效减少血液透析并发症,提高患者的生存率和生活质量,值得临床大力推广。

목적:분석고통량투석막재혈액투석중적작용화효과。방법선취우본원진행혈액투석적환자80례,수궤분위대조조화실험조,대조조응용저통량투석막,관찰조응용고통량투석막。관찰환자투석전후적혈뇨소담、혈기항、혈린농도,급β2-미구단백함량변화,계산용질청제솔。결과관찰조여대조조적혈뇨소담、혈기항、혈린청제솔비교무현저차이(P>0.05)。관찰조환자투석후혈β2-미구단백함량비투석전유명현하강,하강솔명현고우대조조(P<0.05),구유통계학의의。결론고통량투석막불부보지료대소분자독소적청제능력,차청제중대분자독소효과현저,능유효감소혈액투석병발증,제고환자적생존솔화생활질량,치득림상대력추엄。
Objective To analysis and the effect of high flux dialysis membranes in hemodialysis effect. Methods Selected in our hospital 80 cases of hemodialysis patients, the control group using low flux dialysis membranes, the observation group application of high flux dialysis membranes. Observation of blood urea nitrogen, blood creatinine, blood phosphorus concentration in patients before and after dialysis, and changes of beta 2- microglobulin, calculate the solute clearance rate. Results The observation group and the control group, the blood urea nitrogen, blood creatinine, blood phosphorus removal rate with no significant difference (P>0.05). The observation group patients after dialysis blood beta 2-microglobulin content than the pre dialysis have decreased significantly,the rate of decline was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion High flux dialysis membranes not only keep on smal molecule toxin scavenging ability, and clear the macromolecular toxin effect significantly, can effectively reduce the complication of hemodialysis, improve the survival rate and quality of life, worthy of clinical popularization.
