目的:分析研究妊娠中期孕妇血清中甲胎蛋白(AFP)与人绒毛膜促性腺激素(Freeβ-HCG)在唐氏筛查中的应用价值。方法采用时间分辨免疫荧光法(DEL FIA),对妊娠16~20周,检测其血清中 AFP 和 Freeβ-HCG 两项指标,结合孕妇孕周、年龄、体重、有无自然流产史等因素,利用 PE 公司 Life Cycle 软件计算风险值。结果1062例孕妇中筛查出高风险62例,阳性率5.83%。随访59例,确诊异常病例4例,占3.766‰(4/1062)。并建议高风险的孕妇进一步进行羊水胎儿细胞染色体核型分析。结论检测血清 AFP 和 freeβ-HCG 可用于妊娠中期的产前筛查,对高风险者进一步确诊,可有效降低唐氏儿出生率。

목적:분석연구임신중기잉부혈청중갑태단백(AFP)여인융모막촉성선격소(Freeβ-HCG)재당씨사사중적응용개치。방법채용시간분변면역형광법(DEL FIA),대임신16~20주,검측기혈청중 AFP 화 Freeβ-HCG 량항지표,결합잉부잉주、년령、체중、유무자연유산사등인소,이용 PE 공사 Life Cycle 연건계산풍험치。결과1062례잉부중사사출고풍험62례,양성솔5.83%。수방59례,학진이상병례4례,점3.766‰(4/1062)。병건의고풍험적잉부진일보진행양수태인세포염색체핵형분석。결론검측혈청 AFP 화 freeβ-HCG 가용우임신중기적산전사사,대고풍험자진일보학진,가유효강저당씨인출생솔。
Objective To study the middle of a pregnancy pregnant women serum one fetoprotein (AFP) and human chorionic gonadotropin (Free beta HCG) application value in down syndrome screening. Methods Using time-resolved immunofluorescence (DEL the FIA), 16 to 20 weeks of gestation, detect the serum AFP and Free beta HCG two indicators, combined with maternal gestational age, factors such as age, weight, history of spontaneous abortion or not, PE firm Life Cycle of the software is used to calculate the risk value. Results 1062 cases of pregnant women in screening out of 62 cases of high risk, positive rate was 5.83%. Fol ow-up of 59 cases, 4 cases were confirmed abnormal cases, accounted for 3.766 ‰ (4/1062). And high-risk pregnant women further amniotic fluid cel s chromosome karyotype analysis. Conclusion The detection of serum AFP and free beta HCG can be used in the middle of a pregnancy, prenatal screening for high risk further confirmed, can effectively reduce the birth rate down.
