目的：研究分析成年人的麻疹治疗规律。方法根据我院2005年至2011年接收的45例成年人麻疹患者来进行研究分析。结合患者的情况来提供针对性的治疗，对患者的临床诊治规律进行研究分析。结果患者的发病年龄主要是15至38岁之间，初期有较大的几率被作为呼吸道急性感染诊断，患者发病后会有发热症状以及消化道症状，初诊便是入疹时期，治疗需要根据症状来针对性处理。结论麻疹疫苗无法通过一次接种终身免疫，2次接种能够对麻疹的流行进行控制。成年人麻疹的治疗还是以西医为主，结合病程归转来进行调整，避免并发症的产生。
