目的:研究分析胎儿脊柱裂使用三维超声成像技术诊断的效果。方法根据2011年至2014年我院接收的1024例中晚期妊娠胎儿进行三维超声检查结果分析,并和二维超声检验结果进行比较,结合临床随访来进行探讨。结果全部1024例中晚期妊娠胎儿接受超声检查后,共有38例脊柱裂胎儿,使用二维超声检查共出现了2例漏诊和1例误诊的病例,特异性为94.74%,敏感性为99.9%;使用三维超声和二维超声联合检查无漏诊和误诊的情况出现,胎儿脊柱裂临床诊断准确率是100%。结论三维超声成像技术的应用效果好,能够对胎儿脊柱形态进行良好的反映,提升胎儿脊柱裂的临床检出率,应用价值很高。

목적:연구분석태인척주렬사용삼유초성성상기술진단적효과。방법근거2011년지2014년아원접수적1024례중만기임신태인진행삼유초성검사결과분석,병화이유초성검험결과진행비교,결합림상수방래진행탐토。결과전부1024례중만기임신태인접수초성검사후,공유38례척주렬태인,사용이유초성검사공출현료2례루진화1례오진적병례,특이성위94.74%,민감성위99.9%;사용삼유초성화이유초성연합검사무루진화오진적정황출현,태인척주렬림상진단준학솔시100%。결론삼유초성성상기술적응용효과호,능구대태인척주형태진행량호적반영,제승태인척주렬적림상검출솔,응용개치흔고。
Objective Study on the ef ect of the crack diagnosis analysis using three-dimensional ultrasound imaging of the fetal spine. Methods From 2011 to 2014 in our hospital received 1024 cases of fetal 3D echocardiography results analysis, and compared with the test results of two dimensional ultrasound, combined with clinical fol ow-up were discussed. Results Al of 1024 cases of advanced pregnancy underwent ultrasound examination, a total of 38 cases of spina bifida fetus using two-dimensional ultrasound examination, there were 2 cases of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of 1 cases of patients, the specificity was 94.74%, the sensitivity was 99.9%; situation of using 3D ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound examination no missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis the fetal spina bifida, clinical diagnosis accuracy rate is 100%. Conclusion The application ef ect of 3D ultrasound imaging technique, can carry on the good response to fetal spine morphology, improving clinical fetal spina bifida detection rate, high application value.
