目的：探讨影响体检护理质量的相关因素及解决对策。方法回顾分析2013年5月～2014年5月我院体检中心的相关护理资料，调查影响体检护理质量的相关因素，并提出改进策略。结果影响体检护理质量的因素：护理人员素质、仪器设施、体检中心环境。改进后体检者的护理总满意度显著高于改进前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论明确影响体检护理质量的相关因素，并以此作出改进，对提升体检护理质量及体检者满意度极其有益。

목적：탐토영향체검호리질량적상관인소급해결대책。방법회고분석2013년5월～2014년5월아원체검중심적상관호리자료，조사영향체검호리질량적상관인소，병제출개진책략。결과영향체검호리질량적인소：호리인원소질、의기설시、체검중심배경。개진후체검자적호리총만의도현저고우개진전，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론명학영향체검호리질량적상관인소，병이차작출개진，대제승체검호리질량급체검자만의도겁기유익。
Objective To study the influence factors and countermeasures of physical examination nursing quality. Methods The nursing data of physical examination center of our hospital during May 2013 to May 2014 were analyzed retrospectively, the influence factors of physical examination nursing quality were investigated, the improvement strategy were put forward. Results The influence factors of physical examination nursing quality included the quality of nursing staff, facilities, environment of physical examination center. The satisfaction of physical examination nursing after improvement were significantly higher than that before improvement, the difference was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The influence factors of physical examination nursing quality are determined, and the nursing methods are improved on this basis, it is very useful for the improvement of physical examination nursing quality and the satisfaction of physical examination nursing.
