目的：研究精神科护理安全管理中应用的品管圈活动作用。方法选取我院2010年1月～2013年12月间诊治的精神科患者800例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各400例，对观察组患者在护理安全管理中应用品管圈活动，对对照组患者进行常规护理，对比观察两组患者的临床护理效果。结果在医患沟通率、常规操作合格率、护理人员对患者病情的掌握率及护理不良事件发生率方面，观察组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在精神科护理安全管理中应用品管圈活动不仅可以提高医患沟通率、护理人员的操作合格率及对患者病情掌握率，而且还能降低不良事件的发生率，值得临床推广使用。
목적：연구정신과호리안전관리중응용적품관권활동작용。방법선취아원2010년1월～2013년12월간진치적정신과환자800례，장기수궤분위관찰조화대조조각400례，대관찰조환자재호리안전관리중응용품관권활동，대대조조환자진행상규호리，대비관찰량조환자적림상호리효과。결과재의환구통솔、상규조작합격솔、호리인원대환자병정적장악솔급호리불량사건발생솔방면，관찰조명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론재정신과호리안전관리중응용품관권활동불부가이제고의환구통솔、호리인원적조작합격솔급대환자병정장악솔，이차환능강저불량사건적발생솔，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To study the psychiatric nursing safety management, the application of quality management circle activity. Methods From January 2010 to December 2013 between the diagnosis and treatment of 800 cases of psychiatric patients, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 400 cases in observation group of patients in nursing safety management should be quality control circle activities, routine nursing in patients with control group, two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect observed. Results The rate of doctor-patient communication, regular operation qualification rate, nurses master the rate of the patient condition, knowledge examination excellence rate and incidence of adverse events in nursing and observation group was better than control group, difference has statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion In psychiatric nursing safety management should be quality control circle activities not only can improve the operation of doctor-patient communication rate, nursing personnel qualified rate and the rate of the patient condition to master, but also can increase knowledge inspection proficiency, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and is worth wide use in the clinical.
