目的：探析脑血栓患者运用 Orem 自理理论的临床护理效果。方法将我院2013年6月～2014年2月期间收治的180例脑血栓患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为对照和观察两个小组，其中给予对照组常规护理，观察组则运用 Orem 自理护理模式，对两组的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果相比较对照组而言，观察组患者的并发症发生率较低，护理满意度和用药依从性均较高，两组临床护理效果差异明显，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论临床上运用 Orem 自理护理模式对脑血栓患者进行护理，不仅并发症少、安全性高，在一定程度上还能有效提高治疗效果，改善患者预后生活质量。
목적：탐석뇌혈전환자운용 Orem 자리이론적림상호리효과。방법장아원2013년6월～2014년2월기간수치적180례뇌혈전환자작위연구대상，수궤장기분위대조화관찰량개소조，기중급여대조조상규호리，관찰조칙운용 Orem 자리호리모식，대량조적림상호리효과진행대비분석。결과상비교대조조이언，관찰조환자적병발증발생솔교저，호리만의도화용약의종성균교고，량조림상호리효과차이명현，구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론림상상운용 Orem 자리호리모식대뇌혈전환자진행호리，불부병발증소、안전성고，재일정정도상환능유효제고치료효과，개선환자예후생활질량。
Objective Analysis on application effect of clinical nursing of Orem self-care theory in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods In June 2013 ~ 2014 during the year in February,180 cases of cerebral thrombosis patients as research object,Divided into two groups randomly,Test group and control group,Control group received routine nursing and observation group were treated with Orem self care model,Comparative Analysis of clinical nursing effects of two groups. Results Compared with control group,the observation group of patients with a low incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction and medication adherence al high,two groups of clinical nursing effect difference obvious,with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical use of Orem self-care nursing model to nursing care of patients with cerebral thrombosis,fewer complications,and high safety,not only to a certain extent,can effectively improve the treatment effect,improving the prognosis of patients quality of life.
