目的：研究分析人工膝关节置换术的术后护理要点。方法选取2013年6月～2014年9月我院收治的82例人工膝关节置换术患者作为研究对象，按照入院顺序先后分为对照组和干预组，每组各41例，对照组进行常规护理，干预组进行围术期护理，对比两组患者护理后的不良反应发生率。结果在进行护理后，对照组患者出现6例肺部感染并发症，3例患肢疼痛，4例肿胀，不良反应率为31.7%，干预组患者出现 2例肺部感染，1例患肢疼痛，肿胀 1例，不良反应率为9.8%，组间差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论使用围术期护理的患者对其膝关节功能的恢复有显著效果，对手术成功率的提高具有重要意义。
목적：연구분석인공슬관절치환술적술후호리요점。방법선취2013년6월～2014년9월아원수치적82례인공슬관절치환술환자작위연구대상，안조입원순서선후분위대조조화간예조，매조각41례，대조조진행상규호리，간예조진행위술기호리，대비량조환자호리후적불량반응발생솔。결과재진행호리후，대조조환자출현6례폐부감염병발증，3례환지동통，4례종창，불량반응솔위31.7%，간예조환자출현 2례폐부감염，1례환지동통，종창 1례，불량반응솔위9.8%，조간차이구유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론사용위술기호리적환자대기슬관절공능적회복유현저효과，대수술성공솔적제고구유중요의의。
Objective To study the postoperative nursing points of the analysis of artificial knee joint replacement. Methods Select our hospital 82 cases of artificial knee joint replacement patients as the research object, perioperative nursing intervention group, the incidence of adverse reactions after compared two groups of patient care. Results After care, the control group in 6 patients with pulmonary complications of infection, 3 cases of limb pain, 4 cases of swel ing, the adverse reaction rate was 31.7%, intervention group patients with lung infection in 2 cases, 1 case of phantom pain, swel ing, 1 case, adverse reaction rate was 9.8%, the difference between groups with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing of patients have a significant effect on the knee joint function recovery, to improve the success rate of surgery is of great significance.
