目的：分析外伤性脾损伤临床特点与治疗。方法对78例外伤性脾损伤患者临床资料进行回归性分析。结果手术68例，非手术10例；所有患者手术均成功，3例疗效不明显。结论针对外伤性脾损伤患者根据实际采取措施治疗，效果较好。

목적：분석외상성비손상림상특점여치료。방법대78예외상성비손상환자림상자료진행회귀성분석。결과수술68례，비수술10례；소유환자수술균성공，3례료효불명현。결론침대외상성비손상환자근거실제채취조시치료，효과교호。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of traumatic splenic injury and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with traumatic splenic injury regression analysis. Results Surgery 68 cases,10 cases of non-surgical; al patients was successful in three cases the effect is not obvious. Conclusion For patients with traumatic splenic injury to take measures according to the actual treatment,better results.
