目的：研究探讨难治性产后出血的临床治疗方法。方法随机抽取我院2011年4月~2013年4月收治的产后出血孕妇60例为研究对象。研究分析孕妇产后出血的原因。结果分析结果发现，孕妇产后发生难治性产后出血的原因有巨大儿、子宫囊肿、胎盘不正、原发性、继发性宫缩乏力等。针对产妇难治性产后出血的具体情况实施相应的治疗措施，所有患者均已恢复健康。结论针对临床难治性产后出血情况，孕妇应当做好长时间的准备工作。从怀孕开始期间做好相应的准备和防御工作，定期进行检查。高龄产妇在怀孕期间应当做好妊娠期间的生理反应准备，具体的病情应当及时的治疗和防御。
목적：연구탐토난치성산후출혈적림상치료방법。방법수궤추취아원2011년4월~2013년4월수치적산후출혈잉부60례위연구대상。연구분석잉부산후출혈적원인。결과분석결과발현，잉부산후발생난치성산후출혈적원인유거대인、자궁낭종、태반불정、원발성、계발성궁축핍력등。침대산부난치성산후출혈적구체정황실시상응적치료조시，소유환자균이회복건강。결론침대림상난치성산후출혈정황，잉부응당주호장시간적준비공작。종부잉개시기간주호상응적준비화방어공작，정기진행검사。고령산부재부잉기간응당주호임신기간적생리반응준비，구체적병정응당급시적치료화방어。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 60 cases of pregnant women as the object of study in our hospital were randomly selected in 2011 April ~ 2013 year in April admitted to the postpartum hemorrhage. Study on the analysis of the causes of maternal postpartum hemorrhage. Results The analysis results found that pregnant women,postpartum refractory cause of postpartum hemorrhage is uterine cysts,macrosomia,placenta is not correct,primary,secondary uterine inertia etc. The implementation of the corresponding treatment measures according to the specific situation of maternal intractable postpartum hemorrhage,al patients were recovered. Conclusion The clinical treatment of refractory postpartum hemorrhage,pregnant women should make long time of preparation. From the beginning <br> of pregnancy period and prepare accordingly and defense work,check regularly. Older mothers should prepare the physiological responses during pregnancy on pregnancy,specific il ness should be treated timely and defense.
