目的:探讨在早期脑梗死中CT检查的临床作用和应用价值。方法:回顾性分析本院2013年3-11月因脑梗死早期需行CT检查患者90例,分别在发病后1~6 h(对照组)和发病后24 h(研究组)进行CT扫描检查,比较两次检查后CT结果情况。结果:患者两次检查结果均全部呈阳性,且研究组在豆状核边界模糊、大脑中动脉高密度影、早期低密度影、轻度占位和脑沟消失等状态显影率均明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT影像检查可对早期脑梗死患者尽早、准确的发现病情发展状况,对确诊和治疗意义重大,首次检查24 h后复查CT可有效确保结果的准确性。
目的:探討在早期腦梗死中CT檢查的臨床作用和應用價值。方法:迴顧性分析本院2013年3-11月因腦梗死早期需行CT檢查患者90例,分彆在髮病後1~6 h(對照組)和髮病後24 h(研究組)進行CT掃描檢查,比較兩次檢查後CT結果情況。結果:患者兩次檢查結果均全部呈暘性,且研究組在豆狀覈邊界模糊、大腦中動脈高密度影、早期低密度影、輕度佔位和腦溝消失等狀態顯影率均明顯高于對照組,比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:CT影像檢查可對早期腦梗死患者儘早、準確的髮現病情髮展狀況,對確診和治療意義重大,首次檢查24 h後複查CT可有效確保結果的準確性。
목적:탐토재조기뇌경사중CT검사적림상작용화응용개치。방법:회고성분석본원2013년3-11월인뇌경사조기수행CT검사환자90례,분별재발병후1~6 h(대조조)화발병후24 h(연구조)진행CT소묘검사,비교량차검사후CT결과정황。결과:환자량차검사결과균전부정양성,차연구조재두상핵변계모호、대뇌중동맥고밀도영、조기저밀도영、경도점위화뇌구소실등상태현영솔균명현고우대조조,비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:CT영상검사가대조기뇌경사환자진조、준학적발현병정발전상황,대학진화치료의의중대,수차검사24 h후복사CT가유효학보결과적준학성。
Objective:To study clinical role and application value of CT examination in early cerebral infarction. Method:To retrospectively analyze 90 patients with early cerebral infarction who accepted CT examination during March 2013 to November 2013.They accepted CT examination 1-6 h after the onset(control group)and 24 h after the onse(research group)respectively,comparatively observed the results after inspection.Result:Patients with two test results were all positive,and the lentiform nucleus,middle cerebral artery high-density shadow,fuzzy boundaries early low density shadow,mild placeholder and brain sulcus disappeared status enhancement rate in research group were significantly higher than that of control group,the results had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT imaging in patients with early cerebral infarction can find accurate detection of the development status as soon as possible,it has a great significance in diagnosis and treatment of early cerebral infarction,check after 24 hours for the first time can effectively ensure the accuracy of the results.
