目的：探讨功能性矫治器和牙弓宽度间的关系。方法对来我院诊治的69例患者入院资料进行分析，患者中27例用 Andresen，19例用 Bionator，23例用 Frainkel 矫治器治疗，分析患者治疗效果。结果三种矫治器均可为使上牙弓扩大，且磨牙区大于尖牙区。Frainkel 扩宽量较另两种更大。在磨牙区，三种矫治器均有相似的复发量，但尖牙区 Frainkel 的复发量相对更多。结论三种矫治器均使上颌扩宽，应该根据患者情况进行针对性选择。

Objective To investigate the relationship between functional appliances and arch width between. Methods Come to my hospital for treatment of 69 patients admitted to hospital data were analyzed in 27 cases of patients with Andresen, 19 were treated with Bionator, 23 were treated with Frainkel appliance therapy, analyze patient outcomes. Results Three appliance can be expanded to make the arch, and the molar area larger than the canine area. Frainkel widening amount greater than the other two. In the molar region, three appliances are similar recurrence amount, but the recurrence of the relative amount of the canine area Frainkel more. Conclusion Three appliances are so maxil ary widening, should be selected according to specific patient cases.
