目的：探讨人文关怀在晚期恶性肿瘤患者护理过程中的应用效果。方法：将2013年1-12月收治的183例晚期恶性肿瘤患者设为实验组，将2012年1-12月本病区收治并在出院时有效填写了满意度调查表的152例晚期恶性肿瘤患者设为对照组，对照组患者实施常规护理，实验组患者实施具有人文关怀理念的综合优质护理，将两组出院患者的满意度进行对比。结果：实施有人文关怀护理理念的实验组的总体满意度、服务态度、技术水平满意度评价均明显高于对照组。结论：对晚期恶性肿瘤患者，实施有人文关怀理念的综合优质护理，可减轻患者不适，有效改善患者生活质量，提高患者满意度。

목적：탐토인문관부재만기악성종류환자호리과정중적응용효과。방법：장2013년1-12월수치적183례만기악성종류환자설위실험조，장2012년1-12월본병구수치병재출원시유효전사료만의도조사표적152례만기악성종류환자설위대조조，대조조환자실시상규호리，실험조환자실시구유인문관부이념적종합우질호리，장량조출원환자적만의도진행대비。결과：실시유인문관부호리이념적실험조적총체만의도、복무태도、기술수평만의도평개균명현고우대조조。결론：대만기악성종류환자，실시유인문관부이념적종합우질호리，가감경환자불괄，유효개선환자생활질량，제고환자만의도。
Objective:To explore the application effect of humanistic care in patients with advanced malignant tumor of the nursing process.Method:183 patients with advanced malignant tumor from 2013 January to December were set as experimental group,and 2012 January to December at the time of discharge from the ward and effectively fill in 152 advanced malignant tumor patient satisfaction questionnaire were set as control group,the control group was given routine care,the implementation of comprehensive quality of nursing with the concept of humanistic concern patients was given to the experimental group,and to compare patients satisfaction of the two groups.Result:The implementation of the overall satisfaction,the experimental group had the idea of humanistic nursing service attitude,technology level of satisfaction evaluation were significantly higher than those in control group.Conclusion:For patients with advanced malignant tumor,the implementation of comprehensive quality of nursing is the concept of humanistic concern,can reduce patient discomfort,improve the quality of life of patients,improve patient satisfaction.
