目的：探究集束化护理对先兆流产患者的心理状态及各项生活指标的影响。方法：选取2012年1月-2014年9月年来本院妇产科住院治疗的88例先兆流产孕妇为研究对象，将其随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用常规式护理方法，对照组在常规护理的基础上应用集束化护理方式。对两组护理效果进行比较分析。结果：观察组显效40例，总有效率为90.1%，对照组显效35例，总有效率为79.5%；观察组患者心理承受力强的患者比例为83.4%，对照组患者理承受力强的患者比例为68.2%；观察组的护理效果明显优于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：有针对性的集束化护理模式能提升患者增强患者对先兆流产的在认知度，提升临床治疗效果，减少其他并发症的出现，护理效果较为明显，具有临床推广意义。
목적：탐구집속화호리대선조유산환자적심리상태급각항생활지표적영향。방법：선취2012년1월-2014년9월년래본원부산과주원치료적88례선조유산잉부위연구대상，장기수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조채용상규식호리방법，대조조재상규호리적기출상응용집속화호리방식。대량조호리효과진행비교분석。결과：관찰조현효40례，총유효솔위90.1%，대조조현효35례，총유효솔위79.5%；관찰조환자심리승수력강적환자비례위83.4%，대조조환자리승수력강적환자비례위68.2%；관찰조적호리효과명현우우대조조，비교차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：유침대성적집속화호리모식능제승환자증강환자대선조유산적재인지도，제승림상치료효과，감소기타병발증적출현，호리효과교위명현，구유림상추엄의의。
Objective:To explore the cluster nursing psychological state in patients with threatened abortion and the influence of life indicators. Method:Selection from January 2012 to December 2013 in hospital obstetrics and gynecology hospital treatment of 88 cases of threatened abortion of pregnant women as the research object,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,observation group with normal nursing method,the control group in the application of cluster on the basis of conventional nursing care. To compare nursing effect of the two groups. Result:There were 40 cases in the observation group were markedly improved,the total effective rate was 90.1%,and 35 cases in the control group were markedly improved,the total effective rate was 79.5%,the nursing effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:The cluster of targeted to enhance nursing mode can improve patients in recognition of threatened abortion,improve clinical curative effect,reduce the occurrence of complications and nursing effect is more obvious,has clinical significance.
