为了研究三峡水库蓄水后长江中游干流江滩钉螺密度消长态势,在沿岸江滩先后设置了25个螺情监测点,包括11个长江委水文站点和14个地方血防单位共同参与设置的站点。其中,15个监测点查到钉螺,且各监测点测到的活螺密度差异较大。与2003年比较,2014年活螺平均密度大幅下降,未见人患血吸虫病例。长江中游干流江滩有螺面积并不随洲滩面积扩大而增加,钉螺向堤内扩散机率大幅降低。

To study the growth and variation trend of oncomelania density in river beach of midstream of Yangtze River after the operation of Three Gorges Reservoir in 2003, 25 monitoring sites were arranged on river beach along the bank, including 11 hydrological stations set by Changjiang Water Resources Commission and 14 stations by the local Schistosomiasis Control Depart-ments. The oncomelania was detected at 15 stations, however the density of living oncomelania varied in different sites. The aver-age density of living oncomelania in 2014 declined dramatically compared with 2013 and no human infection with schistosomiasis was reported. The area of the river beach where the oncomelania was detected did not increase with the increase of river beach ar-ea, and the chance of oncomelania spreading over the levee from river beach is declined with large amplitude.
