广东省境内小型水库数量多、分布广，自2006年开展后期扶持工作以来，虽移民生产生活条件发生了较大改善，但在基础设施建设、生态及环境建设、生产发展扶持等方面仍然存在不足。以从化市移民后期扶持规划实践为例，探究了广东省小型水库后期扶持规划思路，并对规划项目投资估算方法、标准及依据，以及规划投资实施保障措施进行了分析，为小型水库后扶规划的编制实践提供理论依据及技术支持。

There are a large number of small reservoirs distributed widely in Guangdong Province. The problems of infrastruc-ture construction, ecological and environment protection and production and development support existed although the production and living conditions of the immigrants are significantly improved since the implement of post -resettlement support in 2006. Taking the post-resettlement support planning practice in Conghua City as an example, the thought of post-resettlement support planning of small reservoirs in Guangdong Province is explored, and the standard, basis, estimation method of investment, as well as the guarantee measure of investment implementation are analyzed.
