对过去11年来国外开放式创新研究成果进行回顾,构建了一个整合性开放式创新模型,阐明了开放式创新实质是创新资源能够在组织之间自由流动、优化配置和有效利用,进而提高创新有效性的过程。认为其创新绩效受到组织内外各种因素的交互影响,而动态的、系统的管理策略往往比单一的、静态的策略更能有效应对开放式创新所面临的诸多挑战。指出组织网络能力及其建构、创新界面及其管理、共同创造及其成果分享会成为未来研究重点。

The article reviews research results on open innovation during the past 11 years, constructs a integrated open innovation model, illuminates that its essence is that the innovation resources can realize more free flow, op-timized allocation and effective use among organizations, thus the innovation effectiveness is improved, believes that innovation performance is interactively affected by various factors inside and outside the organization, there-fore, dynamic and systematic methods can more effectively cope with many challenges that the open innovation faces than a single and static strategy does. At last, the article indicates that organizational network capacity and its building, innovative interface and its management, and co-creation and its result's share will become the future research emphasis.
