隐性知识共享是产业集群发展的必要条件和持续创新的动力，然而知识共享不足和共享过度都会给集群带来风险。探讨了市场条件下集群企业实现隐性知识共享条件和最优隐性知识共享的程度，分析了集群整体最优隐性知识共享程度，发现知识共享成本和学费支出限制了企业的共享动力，这使企业间的知识共享较难实现，且即使达到了隐性知识共享的均衡，对集群来说也未必最优，集群最优隐性知识共享水平的实现需要动力机制。最后，设置了集群最优共享程度实现的动力机制：降低共享成本、提供补偿、调控学费支出。

Tacit knowledge sharing is the necessary condition and the source of power for continuous innovation in the development of industrials clusters. However, under and over knowledge sharing will both bring risks to the cluster. Giving full play to the fundamental role of the market in resource allocation, this paper analyzed the condition and the best level for invisible knowledge sharing of the cluster enterprises in a free market. Exerting the function of government, the paper explored the optimal hidden knowledge sharing level of the whole cluster. The study found that, knowledge sharing costs and tuition spending limit sharing motive power of enterprises, this making knowledge sharing among enterprises difficult. Furthermore, the enterprises reaching a tacit knowledge sha-ring equilibrium, the level is not necessarily optimal for the cluster. It needs government regulation to achieve the best sharing degree. At last, the atical summarized the motive mechanism making the cluster enterprises choose the optimal level for the whole cluster.
