文章对近十年我国地方文献书目数据库理论与实践进行分析，归纳了我国地方文献书目数据库建设中存在的问题，分析了问题产生的原因，提出了统一用《中图法》（第5版）分类标引，规范6字段主题标引，统一书目控制号等规范建库等办法。

This paper carried on the analysis on the study of the local literature bibliographic database of nearly ten years, found the problems of local literature classiifcation indexing, subject indexing that were not standardized, bibliographic control number not uniform in some papers. When analyzing the causes of the questions that is the particularity of prominent local literature, using different local literature classification and in order to highlight the local bibliographic retrieval to implementing of not standard rules of classiifcation, subject indexing and bibliographic control number , we put forward, in “China Library Classification” (Fifth Edition) classification indexing, for regulated 6 field subject indexing, unified bibliographic control number so as to build the standardized local literature bibliographic database.
