为优选适宜复方丹参片的干燥方法,探索微波真空干燥、真空干燥和烘箱干燥3种干燥工艺对丹参提取液的影响,采用 UPLC 法测定不同干燥方法的丹参提取液的 UPLC 特征图谱及指标性成分含量。结果表明:迷迭香酸、丹酚酸 B、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅱ A 浓度分别在0.007~0.026 mg/mL,0.130~0.440 mg/mL,0.002~0.009 mg/mL,0.003~0.015 mg/mL 的线性关系良好(r≥0.9991),平均回收率分别为99.30%(RSD=0.62%),96.41%(RSD =0.47%),100.58%(RSD =1.23%),102.84%(RSD =1.02%)。微波真空干燥、真空干燥和烘箱干燥后的指标性成分总含量分别为64.7805 mg/g、64.5017 mg/g和58.9900 mg/g。3种干燥方法的 UPLC 特征图谱相似度达0.997以上。综合考虑微波真空干燥明显优于其他干燥方法。

To study the effects of three different drying process on microwave vacuum drying,vacuum drying,oven drying in salvia miltiorrhiza extract,the UPLC method was developed for the determination of different drying methods on characteristic spectrum and the content of index components in salvia miltiorrhiza extract.Results:Rosmarinic acid,Salvianolic acid B,Crytotanshinone and Tanshinone A had good liner relationship in the ranges of 0.007 ~ 0.026 mg/mL,0.130 ~ 0.440 mg/mL,0.002 ~0.009 mg/mL,0.003 ~ 0.015 mg/mL respectively.The correlation coefficients were all more than 0.999 1.The average recoveries were respectively 99.30%(RSD = 0.62%),96.41%(RSD = 0.47%), 100.58% (RSD=1.23%),102.84%(RSD = 1.02%).The total content of the index components after Microwave vacuum drying,vacuum drying ,oven drying were 64.7805 mg/g, 64.5017 mg/g and 58.990 0 mg/g.The similarity coefficients of the three methods of drying the UPLC characteristic spectrum were no less than 0.997.Comprehensive consideration,microwave vacuum drying is superior to the other two drying methods.
