为提高鱼腥草产业化的经济效益,获得含量较高的鱼腥草黄酮,并克服传统提取法效率低、溶剂消耗多、耗时长等问题,试验以黄酮含量为检测指标,考察乙醇浓度、液固比和提取时间对超声提取鱼腥草黄酮得率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,通过 Box-Behnken 响应面分析法进行三因素三水平的试验设计。结果表明:提取鱼腥草黄酮的最佳工艺为乙醇浓度74.67%,超声时间69.88 min,液固比20.20∶1(mL/g),该条件下,预测鱼腥草黄酮得率为2.654%,实际得率为2.663%,与预测值相差接近,说明该模型合理有效。

The optimum conditions of ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from H .cordata was studied,to enhance the economical benefits,gain higher flavonoids content and overcome the shortcomings in traditional methods,such as inefficiency,solvent consumption and long time.The influence of ethanol concentration,extracting time and solid-liquid ratio was investigated by Box-Behnken response surface design.Results:The optimum conditions were as follows,ethanol concentration 74.67%,ultrasound time 69.88 min,liquid-solid ratio 20.20∶1(mL/g),under these conditions the predicted yield was 2.654%. The actual yield was 2.663%,which was slightly higher than the predicted yield,all the results showed that the model is reasonable and effective.
