目的：分析切断直肌眼球摘除术后，自体巩膜帽式覆盖羟基磷灰石（H A ）义眼台植入手术的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析45例眼球摘除术的患者，取自体巩膜壳双层帽式覆盖羟基磷灰石义眼台前部，将切断的4条直肌分别在对应肌止端处与自体巩膜缝合。分层缝合眼球筋膜及球结膜。根据球结膜水肿消退情况及伤口愈合情况，术后1个月左右佩戴薄型义眼片。结果：随访观察6～36个月，所有自体巩膜包裹义眼台患者均未出现义眼台暴露、感染、移位；义眼片可适度活动，美容效果满意；3例结膜裂开，行修补术后愈合良好。结论：自体巩膜帽式覆盖羟基磷灰石义眼台，能形成良好的生物屏障；手术并发症少，临床美容效果满意。
목적：분석절단직기안구적제술후，자체공막모식복개간기린회석（H A ）의안태식입수술적림상효과。방법：회고성분석45례안구적제술적환자，취자체공막각쌍층모식복개간기린회석의안태전부，장절단적4조직기분별재대응기지단처여자체공막봉합。분층봉합안구근막급구결막。근거구결막수종소퇴정황급상구유합정황，술후1개월좌우패대박형의안편。결과：수방관찰6～36개월，소유자체공막포과의안태환자균미출현의안태폭로、감염、이위；의안편가괄도활동，미용효과만의；3례결막렬개，행수보술후유합량호。결론：자체공막모식복개간기린회석의안태，능형성량호적생물병장；수술병발증소，림상미용효과만의。
Objective :To analyze to cut off the rectus muscle after eyeball enucleation ,autologous sclera cap type cover hydroxyapatite (HA ) prosthesis implantation surgery clinical effect .Methods :A retrospective analysis of 45 cases of patients with eyeball enucleation ,taken from the body sclera shell type double cap cover hydroxyapatite prosthesis stage ,will be cut off four rectus respectively in the corresponding muscle end with autologous sclera suture .Layered suture fascia and conjunctival eye .According to the situation of conjunctival edema subsiding and wound healing ,post‐operative 1 month or so to wear thin the eye piece .Results:Follow‐up 6 to 36 months ,all patients with autologous scle‐ra parcel prosthesis table do not appear the eye exposure ,infection ,shift ;the eye can moderate activity ,cosmetic effect satisfaction ;line 3 cases of conjunctival dehiscence ,repairing postoperative healing well .Conclusion:Autologous sclera cap type cover hydroxyapatite prosthesis ,can form good biological barriers ;surgical complications ,less clinical cos‐metic effect .
